Gwyn Todd
Gwyn joined the team at RxProHealth in May of 2006. She has several years experience in recruiting, account management, sales and marketing. She has gravitated toward pharmacy and has fit naturally into the field. Gwyn has a B.A. in Psychology from Mount St. Mary's College. She enjoys helping people and working with those in healthcare. Along with her team, she has been successful in filling pharmacist staffing needs in various settings including hospital, retail, mail order, mental health facilities and long term care. Gwyn resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado where she enjoys spending time with her four children and is an avid competitive tennis player.

Terri Boelz
Terri has over 7 years of sales and recruiting experience in both the technical and healthcare industries. She is passionate about building relationships with candidates and clients and finding the perfect career opportunities. She received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from North Dakota State University and subsequently completed her internship by moving to Denver. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and training for her first triathlon.

Crystal Alley
Crystal comes to RxProHealth with six years of recruiting and account management experience in two highly competitive industries, insurance and healthcare. She joined RxProHealth in 2007 after working in the locum tenens/traveler sector of the health care market with AMN Healthcare. Crystal holds a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Management and Marketing and brings extensive knowledge in recruiting, marketing, and account management of hospital and healthcare systems. She understands that all recruiting and account management is about developing relationships, understanding personal goals and working as team to be sure those goals are achieved. Crystal is a Colorado native with a healthy balance of family, friends, and other creative outlets in her spare time.

Melvin Miller
Melvin comes from a strong sales background with six years of sales experience in many industries, including home warranties. His sales experience has merged well with RxProHealth’s recruiting efforts. Melvin successfully obtained his associates degree in personal fitness at Heritage College while working full-time. This is an example of his dedication, strong work ethic, and his ability to stay focused, which is also noticeable at RxProHealth. In Melvin’s free time he enjoys time with friends, family, and working diligently in the gym.

Chris Benson
Chris is new to the recruiting industry, with the vast majority of his career being in sales (11 years) within the mortgage industry and natural foods/supplements. With extensive training in relationship sales and with the, “creating customers for life” philosophy, this knowledge meshes well within the recruiting industry. Chris utilizes his Psychology degree from the University of Nebraska to help give our customers the personal touch they deserve. With an unlimited supply of tenacity and a, “do the right thing” philosophy, the sales role fits his personality and intrinsic needs well. When not at work, Chris enjoys hiking, skiing, and utilizing all of Colorado’s 300+ days of sunshine.
